Points need to be consider before doing Epoxy Flooring-

Place is on rent or owned? – If the place is on rent and client don’t want to invest more for flooring then we have cost effective solution for such clients.
How much is area in Sq. Ft? Cross check by own measurement. Rate can be high if the area is too small to work. Generally more than 2000 sq.ft area is require to get cost effective pricing.
Does floor is smooth and levelled? For doing epoxy flooring, it is very important to have a smooth and leveled floor. But if the floor is rough and undulated then, first we have to make the floor smooth and leveled by grinding and epoxy putty.
Floor is made up of Concrete, Trimix, checker plate or tiles or epoxy? Epoxy require a floor having a strength. Generally strength of floor has to be more than M25.
Does concrete is new or old? If it is a new then does it cured for 28 days? Concrete should be more than 28 days cured, so moisture will be less than 5%.
If it is a new concrete floor then, do they have done Grove cutting on 10ft * 10ft? If not then ask to do it. So, Crack will not arise.
Does concrete floor have strength?
Does it have Oil, chemical, paint etc. contamination on floor?
Does Floor Expose to sun light or not?
Temperature of Flooring – Room Temperature, Hot or Cold?
How much load in ton on floor of fork lift/Trolly?
Wheel of the trolly? Wheels should be of rubber and not metal?

We do Epoxy Flooring but due to some bad practice, epoxy start coming out or have scratches issue. For that there are some guidelines before and after to need to follow which result in increasing life of Epoxy by 50%-

Tremix Strength- Tremix floor should have compressive strength minimum 25MPa.
Wheels of trolly- Change the old wheels of trolly with new one. New wheels should be of Rubber or PU.
If Epoxy has not done on some areas, then use two different trolly, one for Epoxy area and another trolly for non-epoxy area.
Product Fall Area- Identify the area where product fall frequently on Epoxy Flooring, then use Rubber mat on Epoxy Flooring for that specific area.
Cleaning of Epoxy Floor- Use Regular Detergent And Water To Clean It.
